My professional background is mainly in the software industry where I
gained extensive management experience of technology companies,
particularly early-stage ventures. Subsequently I have worked as a
management consultant and coach with individuals, organisations and
venture capitalists.
For
over 20 years I have been engaged in a practice of transforming
personal and collective awareness as a means of resolving some of
the most intractable conflicts and dilemmas we face. My philosophy is
that each of us is responsible for the changes we wish to see in the
world. We owe
it to ourselves and everyone around us to grow into more responsible and positive influences in the world.
My motivation is to assist people explore new ways to lead, relate and organise, facilitating the creation of inspired groups, communities and organisations. I am interested in transformational change. It is becoming clear that existing ways of operating - financial, economic, ecological and political - need fundamental re-examination. 'Fixing' existing systems is not longer sufficient if we wish to truly deal with the increasing complexity and uncertainty we face as individuals and organisations.
