Facilitation helps people explore and find answers to their own unique
challenges. It equips them with increased self-responsibility and ability
to deal with new problems as they arise.

Transformation involves radically new ways of seeing, understanding and
acting . It is not concerned with more of the same, or doing the same
thing better.

Transformation facilitation attempts to raise our awareness - to change the way
we see ourselves and our environment. When we see things differently
we naturally and effortlessly behave differently. The process supports deep levels
of change, both individual and organisational. It assists us in examining
and validating our assumptions and beliefs about people, relationships
and organisation. If successful, it means that we won't be the same people
after engaging in the process. And it means that we will be enriched in
our lives and have a more positive impact on all around us.
